Artist and designer Jerome A. Levin designed a garden retreat that both children and adults can enjoy. Measuring a mere 125-sq ft, this tiny abode packs a lot of technology and comfort. Boasting a study area, an entertainment space, surround sound, in-wall speakers, wiring, surveillance and intercom, iPod connectivity, and handcrafted collapsible oak loft bed and furniture, the tiny house was thoughtfully designed to maximize its usable space.
